Probably the best nandos I've been to in the country. I've been to plenty of nandos up and down the uk and this one is right up there as being the best I've experienced. Called in twice on our way down to Cornwall and on our return from holiday. Both experiences were superb friendly staff very helpful and the food was excellent in quality and portion size. Could find any fault well done the team at Nandos Bristol Cribbs Venue. If I'm ever passing again I know where I'm stopping off for lunch.

Always quick service, staff are friendly and even if there's a wait to be seated it's never too long! Food is 10/10 (especially the new menu wrap) and always enjoy coming here when in The Mall
We had a 20 minute wait for a table which wasn't too bad considering it was peak Sunday evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was the usual Nandos high quality and arrives exactly as ordered and very hot.
Good vibes, amazing food and great hospitality, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating, the energy was ecstatic! Thank you for such a lovely experience! Definitely the best Nando’s we have ever been to and we look forward to coming back again soon! The restaurant has a beautiful decor and a really nice atmosphere! I visited about late June 2021 when we was in one of the final stages of lifting covid restrictions. The covid safety measures in place were to a good standard, I was greeted at the door and taken to my table by a very polite member of staff. The food I ordered was spot on and the staff brought you the sauces and anything extra you needed. I made conversation with one of the waiting staff and he was very polite and friendly, he made me very welcomed. Excellent customer service and a very enjoyable meal!
Had a bit of a mix-up with a Nando’s order recentl. It was accidentally sent to Birmingham instead of Bristol (easy mistake with two cities starting with a B... right? ). But massive shoutout to the Bristol manager Rochelle, who absolutely sorted it. She was kind, efficient, and handled the whole thing like a pro. Within minutes, she’d tracked the issue, arranged a fresh order for the right location, and even threw in a little something extra to make up for the trouble. Mishaps happen—it’s how they’re handled that counts. And Rochelle turned a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. Thanks again, Nando’s—and especially Rochelle! Peri-peri legends.
I hadn't eaten at a Nando's properly in ages, but I was very impressed here. Even with a 10-15 minute wait for a table for 2 and a near full restauraunt, we were served all courses very quickly. Very efficient to order via mobile and pay as you go, and I'm glad to see another chain using this system. The food impressed too.
